Interested in booking an event or meeting at the McNamara Alumni Center? We have several ways to contact us, whether to ask a question, schedule a tour or book a room. Sales staff are available to discuss your event during office hours of Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If we don’t answer, please leave us a message and we’ll do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.

If you have a general inquiry about hosting an event at McNamara Alumni Center, please include in your email the number of people attending your event, your preferred room set-up and the date and time of your event. We encourage you to include additional information on your event to help us recommend the best room(s) for you.
